Normal business hours for the Astellas Medical Information call center are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Central Time (CT).

Yes, our Astellas Answering Service takes all phone calls after normal business hours (M-F, 8AM-4:30PM CT). The Answering Service immediately notifies the pharmacist on-call of all adverse event reports or emergency medical questions. All such calls are responded to by the pharmacist on-call as soon as possible.
